Donald Trump has issued a lot of unforgivable statements over the years, but his response to the shocking double murder of beloved TV star, director, and political activist Rob Reiner and his wife Michelle is a new low, even for him.
“A very sad thing happened last night in Hollywood. Rob Reiner, a tortured and struggling, but once very talented movie director and comedy star, has passed away, together with his wife, Michele, reportedly due to the anger he caused others through his massive, unyielding, and incurable affliction with a mind crippling disease known as TRUMP DERANGEMENT SYNDROME, sometimes referred to as TDS.”
“He was known to have driven people CRAZY by his raging obsession of President Donald J. Trump, with his obvious paranoia reaching new heights as the Trump Administration surpassed all goals and expectations of greatness, and with the Golden Age of America upon us, perhaps like never before. For the president of the United States to immediately try to justify the brutal stabbings of two prominent Hollywood icons simply because they opposed his fascistic administration is so beyond the pale it’s hard to put into words.
It’s ironic that the right-wing has spent months and months weeping and moaning about how the left isn’t being performatively sorry enough about the Charlie Kirk incident and now the MAGA leader is openly cheering on the killing of two prominent Democrats, just as Republican congressmembers cheered on the shootings of Democratic lawmakers in Minnesota.
Donald Trump and the Republican Party are the party of violence, full stop. They revel in it, and anything is justifiable to them as long as it allows them to advance their heinous political agenda or exact petty vengeance on those who slighted them.
What a monster.
