BREAKING: AWFUL! Trump MURDERED a fisherman and father of four and smeared him as a terrorist!
Donald Trump’s administration has been bombing Venezuelan boats and killing everyone aboard, then claiming without any evidence that they were drug smugglers or “narco-terrorists.” But new interviews in the New York Times tell a very different story.
“In an interview, one woman who identified herself as the wife of one of the dead men said that her husband was a fisherman with four children who left one day for work and never came back,” reports the Times.
Trump, Marco Rubio, Stephen Miller, JD Vance and Pete Hegseth are murdering innocent people just trying to make a living in a country suffering from intense economic hardship thanks to America’s crippling sanctions, and then JOKING about it.
“Hell, I wouldn’t go fishing right now in that area of the world,” said JD Vance about Venezuela, tacitly admitting that the US is just illegally murdering poor fishermen and laughing about it. The worst part? After JD Vance said that, the MAGA crowd at an event in Howell, Michigan actually LAUGHED.
Even GOP Senator Rand Paul called out Vance for his inhumanity, posting “What a despicable and thoughtless sentiment it is to glorify killing someone without a trial.”
When asked about critics who argue that those potentially innocent people on board the bombed boats were never given a chance to defend themselves in a court of law, and who questioned the legality of the strikes in international water and without Congressional approval, JD Vance shamelessly replied: “I don’t give a s–t.”
Moreover, the Daily Beast notes that “maritime drug laws usually require drug smugglers’ vessels to be seized by the Coast Guard, not blown up.”
MAGA critic Brian Krassentein correctly called out Vance, writing “Killing the citizens of another nation who are civilians without any due process is called a war crime.” He’s absolutely right — Vance’s reply shows his complete disregard for human life or for the law.
Sen. Jack Reed, the top Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee, trashed Trump’s attacks as an “outrageous violation of the law and a dangerous assault on our Constitution…No president can secretly wage war or carry out unjustified killings—that is authoritarianism, not democracy.”
Trump and Rubio claim that they’re stopping the drug trade by bombing Venezuelan boats, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. A 2020 report from the U.S. State Department said just 10 percent to 13 percent of the global cocaine supply goes through Venezuela.
It’s becoming clearer than ever before that the Trump regime wants to start a war and depose Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro, no matter how many innocent people die. We can’t let them get away with it.
